Dates: June 28th-29th, 2025

Team Division:
Boys: 8U, 10U, 12U/A, 12U/B, 14U/A and 14U/B
Girls: 8U, 10U/A, 10U/B, 12U/A, 12U/B, 14U/A and 14U/B
All teams will compete in the division they are registered. If there are not enough teams registered to compete in a Division, the Tournament Directors reserve the right to move those teams to a lower division within a pool of the same teams.
Registration Fees:
Boys
8U is $400 per team.
10U is $575 per team.
12U/A, 12U/B, 14U/A, and 14U/B are $675 per team.
Girls
8U is $400 per team.
10U/A and 10U/B is $575 per team.
12U/A, 12U/B, 14U/A and 14U/B Open are $675 per team.
Team Registration:
Online-only player registration & waivers will occur after the Teams are finalized.
Official tournament T-Shirts can be ordered during the online player registration.
Payment for Team Registration will be accepted electronically via credit/debit card only at time of registration.
Refund Information:
Refunds will be as follows with no exceptions:
Full Refund issued if WULAX notified by May 1, 2024
50% refund issued if WULAX notified by May 13, 2024
No refunds issued after May 13, 2024
Fees are non-refundable if the tournament is canceled, shortened, or otherwise modified in any way due to inclement weather.
In the case of inclement weather, every effort will be made to complete the tournament in its entirety.
Schedule changes will be available at the team check-in area at Tournament HQ or through Tourney Machine.
The directors of The Black & Blue Tournament reserve the right to cancel, shorten, or reschedule tournament games due to inclement weather, poor field conditions, or player and fan safety concerns.
This registration will allow you to provide contact information, register teams, and submit payment.
You are allowed to register more than one team in the same registration. On the Review Page, there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Team" - please click on this link to ensure that all of your teams are registered within the same order.
We will be contacting you via the email provided in this registration process with information about providing roster information, and other details.
